Sam Schneider

Founder & Host, Inside Deal

Sam Schneider is an investor, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Imperium Capital and IG Logistics, with a track record of building businesses and creating value across real estate, logistics, powered land, and infrastructure. Guided by the belief that opportunity is created, not simply discovered, Sam combines entrepreneurial vision with disciplined execution, deep relationships, and an operator’s perspective.

As the host of Inside Deal, Sam brings that perspective to candid conversations with investors, founders, and business leaders. The show goes beyond headlines and outcomes to uncover how accomplished people identify opportunities, make high-stakes decisions, navigate setbacks, and build enduring businesses. For listeners, Inside Deal offers practical insight into the thinking, habits, and experiences that drive meaningful success.

In 2010, Sam co-founded Imperium Capital with Daniel Glaser, helping build a real estate investment and development firm with a portfolio spanning more than 1.5 million square feet and over $2 billion in market value. In 2020, he co-founded IG Logistics with Glaser and Paisley Boney, expanding his entrepreneurial focus across logistics and infrastructure.

A University of Michigan graduate and former varsity baseball player, Sam is a guest lecturer at the Ross School of Business and serves on the board of the Weiser Center for Real Estate. Through Inside Deal, he extends his commitment to helping others, especially young professionals, learn from the decisions, challenges, and mindsets behind extraordinary careers and create opportunities of their own.
